100% pure sheep milk, rennet, nigella sativa (black seeds), mastic, mahlab, salt.
Usage / Preparation:

Place the cheese in a bowl of cold water.

Soak for 6 hours, changing the water every 2 hours (or as desired) to reduce saltiness.

Once the cheese reaches your preferred salt level, remove and use in salads, pastries, or as a table cheese.

Store any unused portion in the refrigerator in fresh water or wrapped airtight.
