Ingredients:

100% pure sheep milk, rennet, nigella sativa (black seeds), mastic, mahlab, salt.


Usage / Preparation:

  1. Place the cheese in a bowl of cold water.

  2. Soak for 6 hours, changing the water every 2 hours (or as desired) to reduce saltiness.

  3. Once the cheese reaches your preferred salt level, remove and use in salads, pastries, or as a table cheese.

  4. Store any unused portion in the refrigerator in fresh water or wrapped airtight.
